Step 01: Log in as Administrator

Step 02: Enter the password and click enter
Provide the administrator password to authenticate and gain access to the system.
Step 03: Click Back End

Step 04: Click on User Settings
Locate and click on the option or tab labeled “User Settings.” This is the section where user-related configurations are managed.
Step 05: Click Add on New User

Step 06: Create a User ID (Needs to be unique)

Step 08: Create a User PIN
Set a PIN for the user. This may serve as an additional security measure for user authentication.
Step 09: Create a User Picture (Select a picture and add picture)
Allow the option to upload or select a picture for the new user. This can be a profile picture or any other image associated with the user.
Step 10: Give User Permissions You Want
Specify the permissions and access levels for the new user. This step defines what actions and areas of the system the user is allowed to access and modify.
Step 11: Click on Save
Save the changes and create the new user account with the provided settings. This step finalizes the process of adding a new user.
