This User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and ASN IT Inc (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
ASN IT Inc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our website, software, and related services strictly for your personal or internal business use and in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You shall not:
- Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the service;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the software or service;
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service;
- Access the service using automated means or in a manner that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify ASN IT Inc immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the website, software, and services (including but not limited to design, code, trademarks, and content) are owned by or licensed to ASN IT Inc. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the service and destroy any copies of materials you have obtained.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. ASN IT Inc makes no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ASN IT Inc be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Modifications
ASN IT Inc reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ASN IT Inc with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
