Follow these steps to view and redeem customer loyalty points:
1. Select the Customer
- Start by selecting the customer in your POS system from your customer list or by searching for their name.

2. View Customer Points
- Once the customer is selected, you will see their points balance and other details, such as their name.

3. View Available Rewards
- Click on the ‘Points’ option to see what the customer can redeem with their loyalty points. This may include discounts, free items, or other rewards available based on their points balance.
4. Apply Rewards
- Select the appropriate reward or discount the customer wishes to redeem, and apply it to their current transaction.
