To reset your password in the POSPointe system, follow these steps:
- Open your POS Application

- From the menu, click Backend

- From the Left Menu, Access the User Settings

- From the window, Click Edit An User

- Then possible to see all the users currently available in the POS Application. Click on the User ID for which user the password need to be changed (Exactly on top of the number)

- From the next view, Possible to see in the 3rd row which mentioned as User Pin, the current Password of that particular user you have clicked will be appear
- Click Set / Change button available next to the visible password.

- In the POP UP, Enter the new password and click Enter.

Once the password is updated, it will appear in the visible area.
