Follow these steps to disable a menu item in the POS system:
1. Access the My POS Pointe Portal
- Log in to the My POS Pointe portal at https://mypospointe.com/.
2. Navigate to the Inventory Section
- In the portal, go to the Inventory section.
- Click the dropdown menu and select Main Items.
3. Select the Item to Edit
- On the Main Items page, locate and click the item you wish to disable.
- This will open the Item Edit page
4. Disable the Item
- On the Item Edit page, you cannot delete the item, but you can disable it by unchecking the Visible option. This will prevent the item from being displayed in the menu.
5. Save Changes
- After disabling the item, click Update to save the changes.
