Efficiently manage large group orders by creating a dedicated Group Order Department in your POS system. Follow these steps:
- Create a Group order Department
- Log in to the MyPOSPointe portal at https://mypospointe.com/
- Navigate to the Department section.
- Click on Add Department to open the department creation page.

- Provide a Department ID and a Department Name (e.g., “Catering”).
- Save the new department.

- Add Items to the Group order Department
- Go to the Items section in the portal.
- Create or update menu items and assign them to the Group Order Department.

- Access Group Orders in the POS Application
- Once items are linked to the Catering Department, they will be visible in the POSPointe application.
- Select the items under the Group Order category when processing large group orders.
