To void an item from an order in your POS system, follow these steps:
1. Log In to the POS System
- Open the POS system and select Cashier.
- Enter your password to log in.
2. Access the Item Categories
- Navigate to the Item Categories section.
- Select the relevant items to add them to the order.
3. Void the Item
- In the Item Summary section, locate the item the customer wants to void.
- Click the Cross (X) Icon next to the chosen item.
- The item will be removed from the order and marked as voided.

4. Confirm the Changes
- Review the updated order to ensure the item has been successfully voided.
