How to Process a Credit Card Payment
Follow these steps to successfully process a credit card payment through the POS system:
1. Select an Item
- From the main POS screen, locate and select the item(s) the customer wishes to purchase.

2. Click on the ‘Pay’ Option
- Once the item(s) are added to the cart, click the ‘Pay’ button to proceed to the payment
Screen.

3. Select the ‘Card’ Payment Option
- On the payment screen, choose the ‘Card’ payment option. You will be presented with several payment methods on credit card terminal, including:
- Debit/Credit Card
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay

4. Process the Payment
- For Debit/Credit Cards: Ask the customer to tap, insert, or swipe their card on the credit card terminal.
- For Apple Pay or Google Pay: If the customer prefers to pay using a mobile wallet, ask them to use their Apple or Google Pay app and tap their device on the terminal to complete the transaction.
5. Confirm Payment
- Once the payment is successfully processed, the transaction will be complete, and a receipt can be provided to the customer.
