Follow these steps to set up your tax rate in the My POS Pointe portal:
1. Access the My POS Pointe Portal
- Log in to your My POS Pointe portal using your credentials https://pospointe.com/
2. Navigate to Business Information
- In the portal, click on ‘Business Information’ to access your business settings.
3. Enter the Tax Rate
- In the Business Information section, you will find the Tax Rate box.
- Enter the applicable tax rate based on your local city or region’s tax laws.
4. Apply Tax Rate to Items
- After saving your tax rate, the system will automatically apply the tax rate to all items in your inventory.
- All future transactions will reflect the newly configured tax rate during the payment process.
