The refund tracking feature is not available on the current POS version However this feature will be included in our next POS version.
To track the voids follow the below steps mentioned,
a) Open the POS Application
b) Login with cashier by entering the password
c) Click options button
d) Click Recall Old Invoice Button
e) Click on to the Search area and enter the Invoice number or the last four digits of the Card number
Finally, if the last four digits of the card or the invoice number are correct, the invoice will be displayed.
