Step 01: First Log In As An User.
The process begins with the user logging into the system, presumably a point-of-sale application or platform.
Step 02: Click On Enter Pos.
Once logged in, the user is directed to access the Point of Sale (POS) interface by clicking on the “Enter Pos” option.
Step 03: Now Add The Items From The Category
Within the POS interface, the user is instructed to add items to the transaction from specific categories, suggesting a categorization system for products
Step 04: Click On Pay.
After adding the desired items, the user is prompted to click on the “Pay” option, indicating the initiation of the payment process.
Step 05: Now In The Tab Select Or Enter The Amount That You Got From Customer.
In this step, the user is required to either select or manually enter the amount received from the customer as payment.
Step 06: Now You Can See The Balance Amount In The Popup Click Ok .
Upon entering the received amount, a popup displays the balance amount. The user is instructed to acknowledge this by clicking ‘Ok’.
Step 07: A Tab Will Appear. In The Tab If You Enter Customers Number. Customer Will Get A SMS Receipt
Following the payment, a new tab appears where the user is given the option to enter the customer’s phone number. Entering the number triggers the system to send an SMS receipt to the customer.
