Network Connectivity
- Make sure the network is connected properly either by Wi-Fi or the Ethernet Connection.
- Ensure that your internet connection is stable. A weak or intermittent connection can prevent successful data sync. If possible, switch from Wi-Fi to a wired connection for better reliability.
Restarting the Pospointe Application
- Exit the application completely.
- Launch the Pospointe application again.
- On the POS Pointe home screen, Find and Press Sync Button.
- You should see a message indicating that data is syncing.
Restarting Your POS System
- Turn off your POS system completely.
- Wait a few moments and then turn it back on.
- Once your system is fully operational, open the Pospointe application.
- Click on the Sync button within the app to initiate data synchronization.
