Step 01: Follow The Steps Go to Edit a User Settings
Navigate to the administrative section of the system or application (typically the back-end). Locate and select the option to edit user settings, which usually involves accessing a form or page where user details can be modified.
Step 02: Select Active to Activate User and Deselect Active to Deactivate User.
Once in the user editing interface, find a field or checkbox related to the user’s activation status. If the user is currently deactivated, there is usually an “Active” checkbox. Selecting this checkbox activates the user. If the user is currently active, deselecting the “Active” checkbox deactivates the user.
